Hi I am an African American lady who took my two daughters natural. We did the big chop and cut all of the relaxer out of their hair early last year. Well just like all little girls my daughters too wanted longer hair. We followed the Nzuri Grow Your Own Hair campaign to the T. I am proud to say that one year later, I just flat ironed my daughters hair. Both of them have past shoulder length hair all the way from less than 1 inch! Please whatever you do do not stop making this product. We also make great smoothies with it too! Sometimes I wish it worked faster, especially given my little girls's natural lack of patience, but please note I say this just out of a Mom's desire for her daughters, I am not knocking the results.

At first when I went to use Nzuri I was a little skeptical as I have never used any kind of beauty product that worked from the inside out. I must say I was pleasantly surprised. Not only did my hair get longer, fuller, and shinier, but my skin looked healthier and softer. I was suffering from dry skin and hair from the colder weather, but not after using Nzuri. It gave my skin and hair the boost it needed. Nzuri made my nails better, too. For a while now I have had these vertical ridges on all of my nails. I would always say my nails were like potato chips because they have ridges too, but after using Nzuri the ridges have almost completely disappeared. Also in addition to ingesting the Nzuri I sometimes soak my face and nails in it to give them a little extra boost. Even though I am 23 I still get acne breakouts from time to time, but I have not had one pimple since I have been using Nzuri. Not only that, but where ever I go people compliment me on my skin and hair. They even get confused and think I am a high school student and I'm 23!
